Who we are?We are two sisters, Carmenchi and Mari Garcia, who know Loíza and its people since 1960. From our childhood till present we’re enjoying the refreshing experience of enjoying bathing in the sea and the relaxing effects of the quiet and beautiful beaches of Loíza. Now we are even more happy and satisfied, as we see how each passing day Loíza is growing its Real Estate development. We are a few years away, before Loíza will become the next Dorado of the eastern area.
